FOOD PACKAGING EVENT
We are partnering with Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in an outreach event on Saturday, February 1; our shift will be 1pm-3pm. This is part of the work of Outreach, Inc. who partners with groups to create self-contained meal packets. These meals are sent locally and around the world to people in need of food. Our parish has pledged our support, and we need a team of volunteers to help make the meal packages. If you’re willing to help, see Bev Boyer or Joanna Meek.
Pledge envelopes for 2020 can be picked up on Sunday at church.
2019 GIVING STATEMENTS
Please pick up your 2019 end of year giving statement, now available in the Parish Hall.
VALENTINE CARE PACKAGES
On Saturday, February 8, we will be putting together valentine care packages for our college students and for our parishioners who are no longer able to get to church. Please stop by in the Parish Hall today and write a note or prayer to be enclosed with the goody packages. We know that these expressions of support are extremely welcome and comforting to the recipients. Donations of cookies and wrapped candy would be much appreciated. If you know of a college student or parishioner who should be included, please contact Yvette Kite.
WOMEN’S GROUP: The next meeting of the Women’s Group will be on Saturday, February 15 at 9:00 am in the Parish Hall. For more information, contact Diana Michel.
MARION WILE SCHOLARSHIP FUND: Completed applications are due by March 1. Application forms can be picked up in the parish office, and completed materials should also be returned directly to the parish office. Questions can be addressed to Fr. Jesse Abell.

CALL FOR PALMS
If you still have palm branches from Palm Sunday last year, please bring them with you to church anytime in February. We will burn these to make ashes for Ash Wednesday.
MISSION AND OUTREACH
We will be collecting travel size lotions and chapsticks in support of Mother Meredyth’s Ministry in Worcester throughout the month of February. Please look for the donation basket in Fay Hall.
Over the past year, your vestry has been discussing how to make our parish more accessible to those with mobility challenges. As part of our efforts, we are planning to remove the front right pew and shorten the pew behind it to create space for those who use wheelchairs. If you have any questions, contact John Carlson.
