LENTEN PROGRAM:CHILDREN OF ABRAHAM: This year’s Lenten Program helps us cultivate kindness towards those of other traditions, by helping us learn about the other Abrahamic faiths (Judaism and Islam) and their culture. (In consideration of our guests, ALL dinner food items need to be vegetarian this year.) Our Wednesday night program schedule is below:

6:30pm Simple Supper of Vegetarian Soup & Bread
7:00pm Presentation by Guest Speakers
8:00pm Cleanup and Departure
On March 4 & 11, we will have Jewish guest speakers, and on March 18 & 25, we will have Muslim guest speakers. See Meta Mitchell to help sign up to bring food or help with worship.
ST. JOSEPH ITALIAN FEAST & TABLE: Our St. Joseph Table is now located in the Parish hall. Please help fill it with canned food donations that will go to the Westborough Food Pantry. Our annual St. Joseph Feast will take place on Saturday, March 21, at 6pm. Tickets are $15/adult and $8/child (family maximum of $45) and are available during coffee hour from Glenn and Michele Mongeon. (Any proceeds from the dinner will go towards the parish budget deficit.)
LENTEN QUIET DAY: We will be hosting a mini-retreat, to help us focus on Christ, on Saturday March 28, 10am – 2pm. Please join in this time of quiet, prayer and meditation as we journey along the Lenten path towards the cross and Easter. (Though organized by the parish men’s group, this even is offered to all parishioners, not just men!) See Simon Fricker for more information.
KINDNESS WEEK CELEBRATION: As part of the Westborough Week of Kindness, on the fifth Wednesday evening of Lent, April 1, we will host an ecumenical Service Celebrating Kindness at 7pm, followed by a light reception. See Meta Mitchell or Sharyn Philcox to learn more.

SANCTUARY LAMP: You can dedicate the Sanctuary Lamp in memory of a loved one or in thanksgiving by signing up in the narthex. Put the envelope with the date you have chosen, the dedication and your check in the Treasurer’s mailbox just outside the church office. (Requested offering: $10) Please make sure that the parish office has the information as well for the Sunday bulletin.
The Womens Group’s next meeting will be held on Saturday, March 22 at 9am. Meta Mitchell will be leading a short meditation on the role of women as nurturers in honor of Mothering Sunday which is the following day. All women are welcome!
