Every Month

The vestry meets in Fay Hall on the third Monday of every month, normally at 7:00pm (check calendar for times).

This meeting is open to all parishioners. If you have issues you wish to raise, however, we would ask that you contact one of the wardens in advance to make sure your items are included on the agenda.

Meeting of 8th September, 2006

Present

Fr Bill, Diane Barrette, Gale McKenzie, Sharyn Philcox, Don Shapleigh, Peggy Yankee, MJ Ebens.

Previous Minutes

The special vestry meeting opened with a prayer at 7:00pm. Since this was a special meeting the reading of the minutes was deferred until the next regular meeting.

Treasurer's Report

Peggy Yankee officially assumed the position of Treasurer per the Canons of the Western Diocese of Massachusetts. She will act in this capacity until the Annual Meeting.

Other Business

The draft of the Letter of Agreement between Marla T Farrow and the vestry covering the position of organist was reviewed. Marla is prepared to start on 17th September. Discussion centered on her request for four weeks vacation per year to start - the vacation time she had some years ago when she was previously organist at St Stephen's. A motion was made by Sharyn and seconded by Don to approve the Letter. The motion passed unanimously.

The meeting adjourned about 7:30pm.
