Our Mission

This quiet ministry is devoted to the Lord's housekeeping. While preparing the Lord's table each week, we find some wonderful, spiritual companionship in each other. As we go about our weekly duties of dusting, sweeping, washing, and altar set-up, we share in each other's lives. This is a behind-the-scenes type of ministry, which few take part in. We welcome all who wish to contribute to our weekly serving of our church. We welcome those who may have been a part of this wonderful ministry in the past, as well as those who have don't know the difference between a corporal and a purificator!

The time commitment is not a huge one. We have teams that rotate through the month. Each person/team is on duty about once a month. We usually do our "housekeeping" on Saturday mornings, and reset the altar in between the two Sunday services. If you find you can't make a Saturday, don't let that stop you.
